Coloini + Lane were tasked to design two bespoke, modern dwellings to replace an existing bungalow which had fallen into disrepair. The ambition of the project was to create a unique design by utilising high quality architecture, giving the site a new identity and character to suit the area. The site is surrounded by tall trees that allow the bespoke houses to remain private and blend in with the surrounding developments.

The design caters to the clients needs of creating comfortable and welcoming family homes, whilst highlighting contemporary architectural features. Due to the spatial complexities of family living, we designed with a balanced relationship between large open living areas and private spaces in mind.
