Coloini + Lane were appointed to deliver a 4 storey residential apartment block scheme with assisted living facilities from RIBA Stage 3 to completion in South London, for Wandsworth Borough Council.

The apartment block was built on a challenging site which was previously home to 16no. garages, set between a row of terraced houses and a tall apartment block with limited work space and tight constraints.

The 8no. new apartments have been built to an M4(2) and M4(3) standard and include an on-site Warden's apartment that provides 24 hour, round the clock support to vulnerable residents. The development included an accessible garden space for all of its residents to enjoy, inclusive of a sensory planting area and soft landscaped planters.
