Coloini + Lane Architecture have been commissioned to design a new auction site on behalf of Copart at the former Rockingham Motor Speedway site in Corby, which from 2001 until 2019 the site was home to Rockingham Motor Speedway Circuit; it was forced to close due to the economic viability of the site.

In 2023 Copart acquired the former Southern car part which previously served the motor speedway circuit. The proposals allow for the redevelopment of this brownfield site to include three new purpose built units, a Photo / Wash bay, Motorcycle Store / Fitters area and Office building providing over 20,000 sqft of industrial / office space. The site measures 13.65 hectares and compromises of a secure cat A zone, loading area and large car storage area in addition to the units above.
