Coloini + Lane delivered a scheme to completely transform an existing, tired bungalow in the market town of Kenilworth into an attractive 4 bed family home.

A large rear extension provided 2 additional bedrooms, an en-suite, utility room, WC and a stunning vaulted kitchen & dining space leading out to a decked terrace area and landscaped garden space.

To the front of the property, a timber clad covered porch area provides shelter before entering through a bespoke, large format oak entrance door into a wide and welcoming hallway.
