Coloini + Lane Architecture have been commissioned to design a new B8 industrial storage site on Halley Road, Corby.

The proposals will provide 7.30 Hectares of prime B8 Industrial land with offices, associated parking and facilities. The development is designed to take into consideration the surrounding areas with acoustic enhancements, landscaping proposals, ecology corridors, attenuation / balancing ponds all carefully considered to suit the site.
