Coloini + Lane were appointed on behalf of Crest Nicholson to provide technical working drawings for the Iron Stone Place development to deliver 95 new dwellings with a mix of 2 to 5 bed luxury homes.

The development combines both classic and contemporary design and construction techniques with sustainable materials and state-of-the-art technology. Every home has been architecturally designed to maximize space and create light filled interiors with a variety of complementary and highly individual external finishes.
