Coloini + Lane Architecture have completed the design for this High Street retail conversion in the heart of Northfield, Birmingham. The existing dilapidated two storey retail unit which forms the main focal entrance to Northfield high street has been converted to provide a new Estate Agents at Ground floor and 3 no. residential apartments at first floor.

The building sits in a prime position within Northfield city centre, located on the junction between the A38 and Bristol Road South, the building forms the main gateway to Northfields high street. 

This once run down and disused building has now undergone an extensive refurbishment, providing 3 No. much needed affordable apartments and once again providing and active high street frontage at Ground Floor.
