The Potter’s Grange development is located just a short distance from the centre of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, in the heart of the National Forest. This historic market town has retained its original character and charm, rich heritage and stunning architecture.

Coloini + Lane were appointed on behalf of Crest Nicholson to produced the technical design package for 158 New houses set within the beautiful historic town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The development will comprise of a mix of 2 to 5 bed luxury homes.

Each home was architecturally designed to maximize space and create light filled interiors with a variety of complementary and highly individual external finishes ensuring that all dwellings provide exemplary levels of comfort and energy efficiency.
