The developement, on Pershore Street, comprises 379 apartments, plus 8,000 sqft ground floor commercial space.

 

Coloini + Lane Architecture have been appointed to design the fit out for commercial units 4 & 5, providing a contemporary high-end finish for both an Estate Agents and Supermarket with café. The units will be designed with a new Mezzanine floor level set back from the full height (6.5m high) glazed shopfronts.
